Impossible Media to deliver e-learning solution for Sparebank 1

Impossible Media has been choosen by EnterCard and Sparebank 1 to deliver an e-learning solution for all branches and affiliates of the Sparebank 1 Group. Impossible Media is responsible for developing the concept and strategic framework which will best enable and facilitate learning, as well as provide Sparebank 1 with the ability to measure and review development.

The SpareBank 1 Group is one of the largest providers of financial products and services in the Norwegian market. When providing credit card services to its Norwegain customers, it was natural for SpareBank 1 to partner with EnterCard, Scanadinavia's leading credit card issuer, founded by Barclays Bank and Swedbank.

EnterCard is dedicated to providing its users through the Sparebank Group with the convenience and borrowing power of internationally-accepted credit cards. Enabling consumers to borrow in a flexible and controlled manner, with the liberty of ruling their own personal economy.

As an innovative organization leading not only the Scandinavian, but Nordic market in credit card provision. EnterCard turned to Impossible Media for assistance in the conceptualization, strategic planning, development and implementation of an e-learning platform that will be aimed at measuring and maintaining the knowledge of SpareBank 1's banking staff throughout the entire SpareBank 1 Group.

Impossible Media shall develop the concept and interactive platform that will encourage interaction and promote learning through relevant scenarios and situations which shall be dynamically driven, managed and administrated by EnterCard. This step in innovation and innovative learning will provide EnterCard with the ability to review and gain overview not only of current user performance, but historical performance. Allowing comparison and the ability to view trends and progressions.

The e-learning platform which will be the foundation of EnterCard's training solution towards banking employees. Shall enable EnterCard to maintain its position as the market's preferred and dominant leader of credit card provisioning in the Nordic region. Facilitating greater interaction, brand and product awareness, as well as knowledge and understanding of use, technology and standards.
